In the hills of Chianti Rufina, at an organic estate dedicated to biodynamic viticulture, you’ll be welcomed for a hands-on experience that connects you directly with the process behind every bottle. After a private visit through the vineyards and cellars, you’ll take part in a guided blending session where you’ll learn how different grape varieties contribute to structure, aroma, and character.

You’ll create your own personal cuvée, bottle it, cork it, and label it - and take it home as a memory you crafted yourself. No technical knowledge is required, just curiosity and a desire to engage with the essence of Tuscan wine from the inside.
