Day 1 - ARRIVAL
Your private driver meets you at Florence Airport and takes you directly to the heart of Chianti - but not before a stop at a panoramic viewpoint overlooking Florence.
Your destination is Pieve Aldina, a 12th-century episcopal complex transformed into a refined retreat. The afternoon is yours to settle in, explore the property and discover all the services and experiences available to you.

DAY 2 — San Gimignano and Volterra
A day dedicated to discovering the medieval heritage and Etruscan roots of Tuscany, visiting the hilltop towns of San Gimignano and Volterra in a private experience designed for this journey.
Your day includes a guided visit with lunch and wine tasting at one of the region's most respected family-owned wineries.
A Portuguese or English-speaking assistant will be with you throughout the day, providing context for each place, sharing local curiosities and traditions, and ensuring you experience Tuscany at your own pace - without operational concerns or language barriers.
Included: Full-day tour (8 hours) to Volterra and San Gimignano, with private transport and Portuguese or English-speaking assistant. Includes private visit with lunch and local wine tasting, and visit to an alabaster workshop.
Day 3 - Italian Cooking class and Teatro del Silenzio
The morning begins with a private Italian cooking class at the hotel: a light, hands-on experience to start the day.
In the late afternoon, private transfer to Andrea Bocelli's concert in Lajatico, with all comfort and support in place.
Included: Italian cooking class (in English), Prima Poltrona tickets and private transfer to and from Teatro del Silenzio. Includes pre-concert cocktail with local products.
DAY 4 — CHIANTI EXPERIENCE
A free morning to enjoy the hotel's structure and rest from the previous night.
After lunch, the Chianti Experience takes you to discover the most authentic side of this famous region. You will visit an ancient fortified abbey, a hidden historical treasure less explored by conventional tourism, with strategic stops at panoramic points along the way.
The afternoon ends with a tasting of selected labels or a picnic near the olive groves of the property, celebrating local flavors in a special tribute to your journey.
Included: Half-day tour (5 hours) in the Chianti region, with private transport and assistant. Includes guided visit with wine tasting or picnic at a family-owned local winery.
DAY 5 — DEPARTURE
Check-out from the hotel and private transfer back to Florence, taking with you the essence of Tuscany.
